Due to the different trade terms (INCOTERMS) in the contracts between exporter and importer, the transport costs are usually split and paid proportionately by the sender and recipient.

Independence from External Service Providers
Our own pickup and delivery organization enables complete control over the entire transport chain – from pickup in Western Europe to delivery in South East Asia and vice versa. Through status updates, you receive regular progress reports and can track your shipments in real time until they arrive at their destination.
Which Countries Do We Cover?
From Europe, our export service (Eastbound) includes Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. Our containers are shipped from Hamburg to South East Asia, with a transit time of approximately 30 days. APX Logistics Solutions, our local partner in the target region, handles customs clearance and distribution through its own network, providing daily connections to the neighboring countries mentioned.
On the import side (Westbound), we offer transportation from all of South East Asia to Europe. This applies to both FCL and LCL shipments.
Air Freight as an Option
And when speed is of the essence: Our partner AviaCargo has the necessary certifications and can offer air freight services from all European airports. At the Frankfurt and Munich locations, in-house cargo X-ray systems are available, significantly simplifying the handling process.
